Get ready to meet Tinni the dog and Sniffer the wild fox, an unlikely duo who have become fast friends despite their different backgrounds. Torgeir Berge, a photographer and Tinni’s owner, often takes his dog for walks in the forests of Norway. One day, they met a wild fox who they named Sniffer, and despite societal and genetic differences, the two animals hit it off. Berge now follows the playful pair around with his camera to capture their antics, reminding us that wild animals can share similarities with domesticated pets. Berge’s experience with Sniffer has even led him to advocate for the ban of fox hunting for their fur, and he plans to publish a book about the friends’ adventures called The Fox And The Dog with writer Berit Helberg.
It may seem unbelievable, but these two individuals have formed a strong bond and are now inseparable pals.
Tinni and his owner Torgeir Berge crossed paths whilst taking a stroll through the forest.
As the two pals frolic in the forest, Berge makes an effort to keep pace with them and snap some photos.
Regardless of their contrasting backgrounds and upbringing, the two best friends are always by each other’s side.
After witnessing the strong bond between them, Berge had a change of heart regarding the fur trade. He is now advocating for its prohibition.
Berge and his buddy, the renowned author Berit Helberg, have a project in the works – they’re putting together a book that combines captivating stories with stunning photographs.
Proceeds from the sale of the book will aid in the battle against the fur industry.
